instructions to book an appointment

All new clients before booking service shall book a consultation with any technician via phone or in person. 

Returning clients don't need to do a consultation but must fill out the forms prior to an appointment.

Consultation is complementary. In the case of a consultation no show you will be charged $50 (non-refundable). This however is deductible off of the procedure price in case you decided to book your appointment. 


Please complete the form below before the consultation. Appointments will not be scheduled unless booked online, where you can select your date, service, and pre-pay for it. All appointments are exclusively arranged online.

You must “agree” to our cancelation policy by booking your appointment and signing the consent form with POSH Permanent Makeup, LLC. 


You must fill and sign our consent forms prior to make an appointment with us.


Please note to book your appointment with us you must pay in full for the procedure. This is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment. This is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you miss your appointment.

Price varies between technicians and is based on experience. Click here to check our services and prices.


A minimum of 24 notice is required for appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the service total amount .


Please make sure you book your  touch-up appointment at the same time you are booking your first appointment. This is to secure that your full procedure will be done in the right time, otherwise a $50 fee will be charged on top of the touch up price.  Follow touch up is between 4-6 weeks. I understand that additional touch-up sessions may be necessary for optimal results, and any touch-up appointments must be scheduled within 24h of the initial treatment at an additional cost. I understand if an extra touch-up is desire that additional fees will apply. 



The follow touch-up session is intended for minor adjustments or enhancements to the initial procedure. Major design changes or alterations beyond the scope of the initial treatment may require additional sessions and may be subject to additional fees.



The client agrees to follow all aftercare instructions provided by the artist after both the initial treatment and any subsequent correction sessions to ensure optimal healing and results.


I agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the artist for proper healing and long-lasting results. Please check PRE CARE and AFTER CARE instructions here prior to your appointment. Not following your pre care instructions such taking blood thinners and illegal drugs may forfeit your deposit and you must pay in full in order to rebook another appointment.



Permanent Makeup can only be removed with surgical or laser procedures.



Clients are kindly requested to arrive unaccompanied unless assistance or accommodation is pre-arranged due to specific circumstances. To maintain a calm and focused environment, additional guests are not permitted during procedures.



For health and safety reasons, animals or pets are not allowed within the premises, except for certified service animals accompanying individuals with disabilities.



To comply with health regulations and maintain a clean environment, the consumption of food or drinks is prohibited in the treatment areas. Water in sealed containers may be allowed at the discretion of the artist.
