All new clients before booking service shall book a consultation with any technician via phone or in person. 

Returning clients don't need to do a consultation but must fill out the forms prior to an appointment.

Consultation is complementary. In the case of a consultation no show you will be charged $50 (non-refundable). This however is deductible off of the procedure price in case you decided to book your appointment.

cancelation policy

You must “agree” to our cancelation policy by booking your appointment and signing the consent form with POSH Permanent Makeup, LLC. 

You must fill and sign our consent forms prior to make an appointment with us.

 

Please note to book your appointment with us you must pay in full for the procedure. This is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment. This is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or you miss your appointment.

Please check PRE CARE and AFTER CARE instructions here prior to your appointment. Not following your pre care instructions such taking blood thinners and illegal drugs may forfeit your deposit and you must pay in full in order to rebook another appointment.

Microblading/ Micropigmentation/ Permanent Makeup is a two step procedure:  Please make sure you book your TOUCH UP appointment at the same time you are booking your first appointment. This is to secure that your full procedure will be done in the right time, otherwise a $50 fee will be charged on top of the touch up price.  Follow touch up is between 4-6 weeks. 

 

No guest, please! Inside of the treatment room! Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you be unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio.  Your guest can wait in the lobby area or there are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our studio neighborhood.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a 50% cancelation fee of the treatment cost.
