Read the Studio Policy

 

​Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to carefully read our studio policy. This ensures you understand all guidelines and procedures.

Complete the forms corresponding to the treatment you are interested in. These are crucial for us to provide the best service tailored to your needs.

Important: As required by health department laws, all clients must upload or provide a valid driver’s license to receive any permanent makeup or piercing services with us.

Consultation for New Clients

 

All clients must complete a consultation before their appointment. This can be done either over the phone or in person.

If you have had previous permanent makeup, tattooing, or microblading done by another artist, you must come in person for your consultation.

Booking for Previous Clients

 

Previous clients can easily rebook their appointment by clicking the Book Now button at the top or bottom of the page.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, to maintain the quality of service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your spot to another client who may be waiting.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price.

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a 100% charge of the service price will be applied.

  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you will be subject to our cancellation fees.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we request that you notify us as soon as possible. We can reschedule your appointment within our cancellation policy window, but any late rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation fees.

No Cancellation Clause for Financed Procedures with Cherry

By signing Cherry financial payments agreement , I acknowledge and agree that all financed procedures at Posh are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once financing is approved and the procedure is scheduled, I am fully responsible for the total cost of the procedure, as outlined in my financing agreement.

 

I understand that: No cancellations or refunds will be granted for any reason after financing has been approved. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated within Posh’s rescheduling policy but are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Failure to attend my scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the procedure without refund.

By submitting your treatment form at our Posh website,  you confirm that I have read and understood this policy and agree to its terms.

Studio Policy

By booking an appointment at Posh, you agree to abide by the following studio policies to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all our clients:

  • Consultation RequirementAll new clients must complete a consultation before their appointment. This can be done either over the phone or in person. If you’ve had previous permanent makeup, tattooing, or microblading by another artist, you must come in person for your consultation.

  • Health & Safety ComplianceAs required by health department laws, all clients must provide a valid driver’s license for permanent makeup or piercing services. This is mandatory to ensure we meet all health and safety regulations.

  • Forms CompletionClients must complete the necessary forms corresponding to their treatment prior to their appointment. This information is crucial for us to provide the best possible service tailored to your needs.

  • Booking PolicyNew clients must complete the consultation before booking their appointment, while previous clients can rebook directly using the Book Now button on our website.

  • Quotes and Pricing: We do not provide quotes for services more than 30 days in advance. Prices vary based on the artist's experience and are available through our booking platform. For permanent makeup corrections, paramedical cosmetic tattooing, or removal + new session, please call for a quote.

  • Touch-Up PolicyYour 4-6 week touch-up after the initial session must be scheduled within this timeframe, and it must be booked at the front desk during your first session. If you're unable to book within this time frame, an additional $50 per week will be added to the touch-up cost.

  • Color refresh touch-ups should be done within 24 months of the initial treatment. After that period, a full price will be charged according to the current treatment fee. Call to get a quote at +1-512-251-4170.

  • Respectful BehaviorWe ask that all clients treat our staff and space with respect. Any inappropriate behavior or disrespectful actions may result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment.

  • Arrival TimePlease arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge cancellation fees.

  • Payment PolicyA non-refundable deposit of 50% the cost of the treatment will be required to secure your appointment. The balance is due at the time of the service. We accept cash, credit card, Apple Pay as a form of payment or you can apply for our payment plans. We do not accept Venmo, Apple Cash, PayPal or any other form of App payment. Tips are welcome in cash. 

  • No Food or Drinks: Please do not bring food or drinks into the studio. Alcohol is not permitted, and if a client arrives under the influence or is consuming alcohol, their appointment will be canceled.

  • No Animals: Animals are not permitted in the studio, except for service animals that are certified and have their documentation proving it with them at the appointment. The service animal must also be wearing a service dog vest.

  • Guests: Only one guest per client is allowed in the studio during the appointment: 

  • Under 18 Clients: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent must also bring the child’s birth certificate for verification. No other relatives are allowed to attend the session.

  • Podcasts and Meetings: If you wish to listen to a podcast or need to attend a meeting during your appointment, we kindly ask that you bring your own headphones.

  • Payment Plans: We offer payment plans to make it easier for our clients to receive multiple treatments with us. Feel free to ask about available options during your consultation.

  • Referrals and Discounts: Clients who refer others to our services will receive $20 per referral. Click the link to refer us to your friends and family and start earning!

Pre-Care Instructions

To ensure the best results from your treatment, we ask all clients to follow these pre-care and after-care instructions:

  • Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: Do not consume alcohol or caffeine for at least 24 hours before your appointment as these can affect the healing process and cause more bleeding during your service.

  • No Makeup: Please arrive with no makeup on the area being treated to ensure a clean procedure.

  • Avoid Sun Exposure: Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning beds for 48 hours before your appointment to ensure your skin is in optimal condition for the procedure.

  • Do Not Take Blood Thinners: If you are on blood-thinning medications, please consult with your doctor prior to the procedure. You may need to stop these medications for a short period.

  • Avoid Skin Treatments: Do not have any facial peels, waxing, or laser treatments in the 4 weeks leading up to your appointment.

After-Care Instructions

  • Keep Area Clean: Gently clean the treated area with a mild, fragrance-free soap and water. Pat dry with a clean towel.

  • Avoid Touching: Refrain from touching the treated area with dirty hands. If you need to touch it, ensure your hands are clean.

  • Do Not Pick or Scratch: Scabbing is normal, but do not pick or scratch the treated area as it can cause scarring or affect your results.

  • Avoid Sun Exposure: Do not expose the treated area to direct sunlight or tanning beds for at least 2 weeks. Always apply sunscreen after healing to prevent fading.

  • Stay Away from Water: Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and saunas for at least 1 week after your treatment to reduce the risk of infection.

  • Follow-Up Care: If you experience any signs of infection or unusual irritation, please contact us immediately for guidance at +1-512-251-4170.

Pre-Care and After-Care Compliance

It is important to follow all pre-care and after-care instructions as provided. If these instructions are not followed, we cannot guarantee the results of your treatment. In such cases, the entire procedure will need to be redone, and full price will be charged.
